Weitzman is seeking Commercial Real Estate Brokers to join our highly successful brokerage division in Austin.

Qualifications include:

• Active Sales Agent or Broker license with the Texas Real Estate Commission 
• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate
• Experience canvassing and cold calling
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of self-discipline, initiative, assertiveness, persistence, and ambition
• Accepting of commission-based position with unlimited income potential
